Convenient stores still give out FREE pack of matches but this young man with glasses at the register wanted me to BUY ADDITIONAL THINGS in the store for him to give me what I needed..very dumb move! I recommend going to the BP that’s less than 1min away from this crazy store. They are much more professional with the customer service & they didn’t ask me to buy any additional things for some matches! Just the fact that this Krauzers wanted me to buy more things in the store for some matches is very crazy..these people are already getting enough money with over priced prices. I think if they continue to be dishonest to customers they will no longer have a store! Don’t waste your time & money there go to BP!

I purchased a lighter from this Bottomlesspit and it was empty came back to 2 day after at this point i wanted to see what will they do about it well looks like u cant buy from them if something dosent work they will call u a lier but dont worry i will get to the bottom of this!

Bunch of thieves I bought 74 lotto tickets went to my car to double count them and they shorted me $10 and refused to count the draw or give me my money back I’ll call the lottery commission have them shut down

Same experience as prior review. I saw eggs for 3.99 and was charged 7 dollars! And when I asked about it got some attitude that I should show them the price when it's their own store. Just don't go their I doubt these are the original owners.

Worst service i've ever experienced!!! Sold a cheap item with a broken piece, and rather than replacing the piece, they took the whole $35 profit and left me with nothing!!! Absolutely useless, I went to a different place and they gladly replaced the separate piece and were very nice & astonished that this service was so awful!!!

Outright theives. I wish I could post my experience in the form of a video. Their quiet about it. However they manage to steal 3$. 1$ from each of the customers before me. Register for me said 5.33 so he said 6$ and didn't give me any change. I looked at him, pointed to sales total and said where's my change? He didn't answer me and moved onto the next customer!

The worst Krauser's I've ever been to. The ice machine for the iced coffee does not work. The owner does not seem interested to have it fixed or replaced. What you need to do is to walk up to the ice fridge, grab one of the large ice bags, break the ice, and use your hand to place it in the cup for the iced coffee. Once you do that, don't be surprised if the iced coffee refill runs out and you only get a half a cup. You will still be charged for it. When you want to use the cappuccino machine, all the cappuccino options will give you the same flavor. For example, if you like the pumpkin spice, you will get french vanilla. In addition, the sandwiches do not look fresh, I do not recommend getting them. And if you ask for a bagel, you will receive a roll. I'd rather get into my car and go to the nearest Dunkin Donuts.
