The wait to pick up a prescription is sad. It's like a clinic now. It used to be a nice local pharmacy not so much anymore.

This a terrible pharmacy, half the time they say they didn't get the electronic prescriptions, even after the doctor has sent it multiple times! They don't do automatic refills nor do they tell you that there are no refills... This is not a good pharmacy for elderly patients who aren't constantly looking at their refills left... Some of the girls who answer the phone are downright nasty when you ask them a question! One time the delivery guy forgot the prescription in his car overnight and I had to fight with the pharmacy when I told them my Mother in law didn't receive it, they insisted she had... This place is horrible for prescriptions...

I LOVE these People. Especially, "THE ADVENGERS." The Veterans there, the BIG 3. Mr. Bob, Mr. Fred, and Mrs. Kathy. Have been Taking Good care of me For years. Whether it's my monthly prescriptions or giving me vitiman or herpe cream advice. Lol just kidding on the herpe cream. But They are Always on time and on point. I called them needing a shower-camode for an elderly person—after Anthony checked their stock, he conveyed that they did indeed have one on hand. I shared that I would not be able to reach the store until 7:05 and they close at 7:00. He indicated they would let me and my husband in to make the purchase. When we arrived, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. 5 stars for service, sincerity, and smiles!!!

I appreciate the delivery driver and some of the ladies in the office but there's been way too many times since I've been using this pharmacy where only one out of two of my Rx is filled. I need to take both of them together otherwise I'll be sick. I called today and the lady told me there's nothing she can do since they don't deliver to my area until Thursday. She also blamed me that I didn't make sure both of my Rx was filled.

Is betting affordable medication but, the costumer service is very poor, and a lot attitude , I believe MCDONALD take care the people better than you guys take care, and my next step is calling consumer affair.

In April of 2022 we needed assistance in purchasing compression pantyhose for a family members upcoming vascular surgery. I tried numerous surgical supply places and hands down Goodale Pharmacy was top notch. Carolina was able to answer the most technical questions and was willing to go that extra mile if anything needed clarification. She was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This has to be the worse pharmacy I have ever had to do business with. The techs(especially Luly and Ana) here if they can even be call techs, are unfriendly uneducated do not have any type of customer service training nor knowledge of how to speak to people at all or knowledge on medications. I really feel for anyone who goes here to pick up medication. These techs really think they are doctors when they cant even pronounces medication or even what the medications are for. I highly suggest looking for another pharmacy! My highest recommendation is MEDLY PHARMACY!

Been going to this pharmacy ever since i was a kid. One of the best pharmacies around,and the pharmacists are very helpful,and i always trust family owned businesses than. This place has always been good to my family,and i'll continue going here if i ever need my prescriptions refilled.
