The worse GPS ever! These guys at the counter are terrible. They don’t even try to help except Lou. They don’t try to get you out fast and they just give you a face! Come on man!! It’s not like you’re giving me a charity!! I’m paying for my materials. Do not go to this location!!

Well supplied, but the tall dude at the counter has a nasty attitude. Literally rolled his eyes the whole time I ordered something and did the same for the following plumber. Customer service is Ideal when it comes to supply houses, yall have no idea what us plumbers have to deal with sometimes. He was working Sept 3 around daytime. Needs to be reprimanded not coming to this location anymore…

I used to use this plumbing supply but I got tired of the counterman Bruce's unprofessional behavior. He has a know it all attitude but actually knows nothing about plumbing. He would always mess up my order and give me an attitude when I would tell him about the incorrect items. He would use profanities in front of me and other customers. He also makes racist comments and says disparaging things about his co workers, his boss, and the company in general. Two of my employees always complained that he would talk down to them and have an attitude whenever I would send them there. Unfortunately as long as you have an employee like this I will not be using your supply house anymore. I am not the only former customer that feels this way either. I run into a few of them at the supplier I am using now and they all have the same complaints.
