Poor return policy. They also have a minimum order value. You can't initiate a return without having to contact them. Please try to shop elsewhere. The item I needed cost $8 but I had to spend $50 just to entertain them. This is foolish and an easy way to lose customers.Charge what you need for an item and then charge $4-$5 for shipping if it's a small item.

One of my clients is an electronics startup and they needed high quality cables that did not get shipped from a supplier in China. The project was on a deadline and this was a do or die moment for their company. One phone call to Daburn was all it took.
