“Apple computers require knowledgeable repair people who are intimate with the idiosyncrasies of these machines. I have never trusted just anybody who thinks he/she knows computers with my Apple machines. If you have an Apple, find someone who knows Apple. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend their services. They are not driven by the dollar but rather by the desire to help and because they like what they do. There is a marked difference.”
“Update 7/12/2024: Did the dispute as instructed by Casio America support and they did resolve it, and I was credited for the full amount. Thank you Casio for being true to your word and I'm more excited to check out more of your watches in the future.
Original 7/11/2024 2-stars: Their online ordering system is setup with no recourse for mistakes in the order. Called support immediately after making an order, and apparently once the order is made nothing can be done to change it.
More like "won't"
I'm sure they're mostly automated, and so whatever distribution site they've got setup automatically handles orders, but it's by Casio America's design that they won't allow fixes. Especially when they allow themselves 1-2 days for processing. I'm sure it's a cost savings on their end, and a detriment to the customers (but hey, they got your money).
The best their "support" could do was tell me if I couldn't get my order was to dispute the charge with the bank. I'm doubtful Casio America will allow the dispute, but I'll try it since their own support suggested it.
Casio America should change the verbiage on their order confirmation to say "view order" instead "manage your order", cause you can't manage anything about it. It's just what it is. And even when you click the link, you still need to input your order number and email, which they could embed that into the link as well so it would automatically pull up the order.
The experience was frustrating and could be better for the customers.”
