The WORST bank we have ever dealt with. Incompetent is the best description of their staff. This branch is a disaster. Extremely agitated with the experience we had with them. Pulled all our money out after a four week nightmare when they locked all access to our accounts while we were on a cruise. F Chase.

The security guard Johnnie is the best part of the bank. He always has a big smile and is quick to open the door snd exchange pleasantries. He is an absolute asset to the branch.

It is impossible for them to answer the phone. Or they pick it up and hang it up. Just call to find out what date this month's statement closes, but for that you have to go to the office to ask this question. I tried on different days, 15 times, they never responded.

What a disaster of a branch. Lack of customer service, knowledge, and overall professionalism.Please avoid consumer banking rep Elizabeth Chirico. By far the most incompetent banker I have met.

DOES ANYONE ANSWER THE PHONE IN THIS F'NG PLACE? THIS BRANCH IS USELESS. NEVER A MANAGER ON DUTY OR ANYONE WORKING IN THE OFFICE CUBICLES. ONE TELLER FOR SO MANY CUSTOMERS WHILE SERVICING THE DRIVE THRU.

I wanted to open an account with them today but as soon as I said I did the first thing that came out of the girls mouth was if I was a US citizen and If I have a valid ID and to show it in front of the whole store and other customers. I’ve never been asked my status in any bank I patronize and would they ask the same question if I were white. A simple “do you have a valid ID?” Is enough and further questions can be asked privately. Definitely need more training, otherwise they could very soon catch a racial profiling lawsuit.
