Update 7/12/2024: Did the dispute as instructed by Casio America support and they did resolve it, and I was credited for the full amount. Thank you Casio for being true to your word and I'm more excited to check out more of your watches in the future.
Original 7/11/2024 2-stars: Their online ordering system is setup with no recourse for mistakes in the order. Called support immediately after making an order, and apparently once the order is made nothing can be done to change it.
More like "won't"
I'm sure they're mostly automated, and so whatever distribution site they've got setup automatically handles orders, but it's by Casio America's design that they won't allow fixes. Especially when they allow themselves 1-2 days for processing. I'm sure it's a cost savings on their end, and a detriment to the customers (but hey, they got your money).
The best their "support" could do was tell me if I couldn't get my order was to dispute the charge with the bank. I'm doubtful Casio America will allow the dispute, but I'll try it since their own support suggested it.
Casio America should change the verbiage on their order confirmation to say "view order" instead "manage your order", cause you can't manage anything about it. It's just what it is. And even when you click the link, you still need to input your order number and email, which they could embed that into the link as well so it would automatically pull up the order.
The experience was frustrating and could be better for the customers.

Used the Casio Service Center in Dover, New Jersey to check my Pathfinder PAG-80 watch and effect repairs, It required a battery replacement and replacement gasket. They were reasonable in price, quick for servicing and returning it. As well, communications with them was excellent. I'm very satisfied and I would recommend them!

It’s been 3 weeks since they’ve had my watch. Horrible communication. No one knows why my watch broke or when it’ll be done. Idk what kind of watch repair place needs to order parts to fix their watches . Seems to me you should have parts on hand to fix a watch if you run a said watch repair company. I’ll never buy a Casio watch or accept one as a gift ever again. If I could put zero stars I would.

In this day and age, it seems fitting to share a review when you receive exceptional service and that's exactly what I want to share. Francis in repairs went way above and beyond in repairing my watch. He evaluated it, presented a fair estimate, ordered parts and made the necessary repair exceeding my expectations. He is a true ambassador for Casio.

Walmart 1/4 price for battery but sent in to factory for replacement because special and vacuum sealed but was then told corroded and needed to pay almost $300 for new one or overpay return shipping ! Overpriced and unreliable my opinion. I'd never buy any watch from this company again. Surprised with reviews their still in business but anything sells!

Beware! Thieves. Paid for shipping both ways and for a button spring. 160. Took 3 1/2 weeks to get back. Still wasn't happy with their work. Next time I'll buy a new watch and it will not be a Casio. Beware!

Extremely poor useless customer service. Online orders cannot be canceled, shipping address cannot be changed. I have no idea who makes such decisions.

My watch had ERROR codes on BARO and TEMP. (FAULTY SENSOR)I read the reviews prior to sending the watch and I was a bit hesitant.after all, this is my go to watch, this thing only comes off to sleep and shower. But i wanted it fix by Casio, so I sent it in. from the moment the watch arrived to them they reached out to me and kept a great communication back and forth. I added pictures of my ERROR when I shipped the watch to help them as much as possible and it worked. THANK YOU TEAM CASIO DOVER FOR FIXING MY WATCH, ITS LIKE NEW NOW. Will def reach out again hopefully in another 10 years or more lol, THNAK YOU!!!!

Sent my watch here to replace the band after I broke the spring from not knowing how to take it apart (Used to cheaper casio's that it was just a screw). Took a bit longer than expected to get it fixed, but with how the world has been running lately, I'm not too upset; I have a backup watch that works just fine. Not only did I get the bands replace, they also replaced the face at no extra charge. They cleaned it up so nice I thought it was new. Happy with the service!

I am a little disappointed, I sent a watch in because I was having moisture in the face of my watch, in the face of my GST-S100g. anyway, long story short I sent it in and when I received it back, they replaced the band yet did not maintenance the watch my watch came back to me filthy as well as drywall. Still stuck in one of my screw heads. Anyways, I cleaned my watch gently with Dawn dish soap, and a toothbrush, soft bristles… Once I had to dry it off, I inspected it again to find that my bezel was slightly raised from the crystal… if my watch had been maintenance, the way it was supposed to have been I would not have found these things… one bad experience… I think I will be looking for a new company to buy my watches from.
