If I could give zero stars I would do it, what a bad service those who work there act like they don't understand anything, it seems that the payment they are paid is not enough for what they do because they act like idiots, they are really idiots.

WALTER, he is a rude guy, I saw how he yelled at a customer in the bank, it is disrespectful that a bank has that type of customer service, he is just a teller, he is not the owner, they are people with low self-esteem. who treat others like this, you have to have a little social awareness, if you work in customer service YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO SERVE CUSTOMERS!!!

Asked one of the employees if they have a notary. (This employee was the notary, could have just said yes or no and started the experience well but clearly customer service isn’t a strong point here)Tried calling them twice and of course no one answered. But oh you need an appt. How do you make an appt if no one answers the phone?Pathetic customer service. Will definitely be closing my accounts with them and the credit card. You can’t be this bad at customer service and still expect customers to come back and put up with it.

the worst branch of this bank. Employees cannot give good information. Those ladies who have customer service don't help at all. For that reason and others I found it necessary to close my account.

Needed to make a single wire transfer and was told I needed an appointment and booked for a month out. They only have one teller working.

Kinda new here and have been pretty good . Had a customer of mine bounce a 800 dollar check on me ! And now I'm like the bubonic plague ? I deposited a 1700 dollar check and said in my bank app will have funds available next day .Normal ! Next morning when funds are normally to be available it says your check will clear in 9 days ??????????? Have a bunch of checks to deposit but 9 days to clear check is total insanity ! Pretty much putting me out of business ! No one in branch with any power to do any thing is really frustrating .Customer of mine says funds were all ready withdrawn from there account already ? What a way to do business .Laying 2 guys off tomorrow till i can straiten this mess out ! Just after my operation and healing time i do not need this what so ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible, I went to the ATM in Denville NJ and the card was left inside the ATM and I asked them for a temporary card and they said that it is not so giving temporary cards, knowing that it was not my fault but that of Bank America for not checking the ATMs and not giving them maintenance, And now I have to wait 2 weeks for the new card.
