John at this store went way beyond to help us my van was broke down in parking lot for a few days he checked on my wife and I offered water and food and help find rides and hotel numbers even let me use his ride to go to restaurant thank you for your kindness and may you always be blessed ?

Mike is absolutely the best employee here. For an individual who expressed this is his second job, he is helpful and compassionate and took the time to help me on a hot day. This man deserves a raise!!

Very bad attention from the Manager for a part that in another auto zone they sold me, he told me that it was still Yonkers, I was surprised ? that he sent me there, arrogant, the man should change the manager, personally, the first time it happens to me in an auto zone in The others are very kind, if you don't know what they think you need, they will come out and give you a solution.

Went to go buy some hose clamps, website stated it was available here/ could be bought online and picked up within 30 minutes. Big mistake believing it, sent my fiance to pick it up while I finished working on the car and when she got there they told her they don't have it in stock. What a waste of time. Second time this has happened.

I had a flat tire problem on a crazy rainy day, all the tire repair shops were closed at that moment, John and Mike were kind and empathetic, helped me out tons, did more than they had to..thank you so much!!!

This store (including the website) has the exact fit bulbs whenever I need them. I’ve tried the large online retailer. Sent them all back. Don’t forget these guys will test your battery for free. And they replace and recycle a dead battery right in the parking lot. Keep your car in good shape with AutoZone. Products I recommend: STP gas and oil treatments. Most oil and gas treatments are a scam. These are not. Use as directed. ALSO Recommend: Marvel Mystery Oil. Sounds like a scam, but not. I recommend this product in the gas tank ONLY. Not in the engine oil. Use as directed. One bottle multiple applications for hesitation, etc. will take several tanks to really feel the effect. Safe driving.
