Sales Associates here are very helpful and if You hit them up with a question that they're not sure of they'll definitely get You in touch with someone who can help. It's exactly how a store network of employees should be, and for that I totally appreciate this place especially given the current understaffing conditions that they find themselves in these days. “Went to the store to look at new monitors, I met Claude who showed me around and helped me pick one, he helped me get a great price on it too! When I was leaving I was going to make two trips to my truck but Claude took what I couldn’t carry and helped me load it up in one trip. It was great to shop and be treated like a person, not a credit card with legs. I will definitely be back.”

“Giving this Home Depot a 5 star review specifically for the amazing customer service I received. I ordered a vanity online and then a few weeks later saw that it was 40% off ($600 difference from what I paid). My husband and I came to the store to see if they would match the price without us having to bring the vanity back, because I am pregnant and the vanity was very heavy to move. We went over to the returns area and the nicest woman helped us, I unfortunately cannot remember her name but I will make sure to get it on my next trip back and add it on to this review. Because the request was a little confusing, she called a manager over who wouldn't give us the time of day and basically said since we ordered it online that we had to call Home Depot online customer service and figure it out on our own. The woman who ended up helping us made the call for us and waited on the phone for about 15 mins and ended up explaining the situation and got us the $600 back without us having to bring the vanity back. She is amazing and deserves a big fat raise”

“Customer service are excellent. That's all I can add to this location. I've used the tools department many times, and they have limited tools compared to Dover location but it's very convenient for me, sometimes they can get busy there but you have to come early”
