I recently became an xfinity customer! I spoke with Alex October 13th . She was incredibly helpful. Alex patiently listened to what kind of service I was looking for and she provided it for me. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive!!!!!!!!!!! I truly appreciate Alex!!!!!! Thanks again Paula !

I give 2 stars because I have had good experiences here before but today the representative was very rude and abrupt with me and another customer. Next time I will ask for Drew, he assisted me in the past and I observed him today with other customers and he was pleasant and helpful. This other guy today was horrible. Ask for Drew!

why can you not speak to someone at the store directly and you have to go through the 800 number where they have no idea what happens at the store level. For the prices that Xfinity charges it is not client friendly.

Went there to try and lower my bill and was told I couldn't. Xfinity is a joke and all they want to do is take your money. Going to get rid of Xfinity and get something that I can afford. ?

2 weeks ago made 10 am appointment.
Doors opened 5 people in front of me were waited immediately. When I told the guy I had an appt. He said O. Won’t be long. I waited like 10 min.
Today. Why would I make an appt.
Showed up at 11:20. At 11:45 walked out without the stuff I was going to buy. Was told I was next. Saw 4 people who came in after me go ahead.

Literally takes forever in a day to talk to an actual person on the phone. I was on the phone about 40 mins. 80% of it on hold.
The automated system is severely flawed. The AI is not programmed to handle specific issues. The standard questions are almost never a reason why people call Xfinity.
The automated system doesn't openly offer the option to speak to a representative. It takes you on a joy ride for 20 mins then reluctantly gives you the option.
Then when you get on the phone with a representative, they continuously pass the buck to the next rep.
I've spent over 2 hrs on the phone trying to get my refund from the company, and I still don't know the status of it.
I was due a refund 2 months ago. Then, I was sent a bill a few days ago for equipment that wasn't returned, but I dropped off the equipment at the Xfinity store over 2 months ago.
The billing/resolution departments need to be investigated. There was only 1 representative from the resolution department that seemed remotely interested in my inquiry. Even then, I was told that I'd get a call back at 2pm; it's 3pm. Still no call.
While on the phone with the resolution department, I was told I may need to wait another 4-8 weeks until the refund can be processed. This is unacceptable. It's already been over 2 months. I'm being told that I'd possibly have to wait 4 and a half months for a refund. It doesn't take 4 months to accept a payment, why is it taking so long to receive money that is rightfully mine?
It's 2024, I'm pretty sure that our technological advancements can surely process a refund faster than 4 months. I thought Xfinity was primarily online base to increase speed and reliability. Holding my refund for over 2 months, then stating it may take another 2 months is reprehensible.
I would absolutely never recommend Xfinity to another customer due to this experience, and I'm almost to the point of contacting the corporate headquarters for some sort of accommodation.
I feel like I've worked this situation more than the actual employees.
You are a technology based company, how does a refund take 4 months? Literally, you have no idea if I was expecting that money to feed my family! A bill! Anything!
But when I take my time to call numerous times, and spend hours on the phone, just for the issue to not be resolved is disrespectful.
I feel like I'm being trolled.
It's not even the money at this point. It's the principle.
How many accounts have you charged for equipment that hasn't been returned, but you actually received it?
If I waited 2 months to make a payment, I'd be charged late fees, and service disconnected. But you can take your good ol' time processing my refund, just to tell me I owe you, and then I have to call to correct your account representative, who admitted they made a complete mistake.
Your stock is selling for over $30, but my experience correlates to an OTC stock.

Customer service is super quick, big lot to park. Trade in remotes for free don't need account number or anything. Located in deptford mall center, but there's an outside entrance so you don't have to walk the whole mall. So happy this place is here I used to have to go all the way to cherry hill.

- Stars should be possible... Horrible customer Service have to be on the phone for 2 hours before you can get a live person. I disabled auto pay because I was switching service after being told a phone would be free if I added a line. I was later charged for the phone they forgot to put insurance on it and I filed a complaint. I was told the complaint was escalated and I would be contacted. I was never contacted I called and called and called and was always told to be patient it takes time. I finally was told too much time passed and they couldn't do anything about it. I had to eat the cost of the phone. So I finally did the switch to Verizon. Now my bank account had been charged 2x leaving my bank account negative and the transaction was reversed. Im a single mom of two and told the lady i intend to pay it but in increments i was told my card was removed from their system. when I called the other day I was told they removed my card information and it wouldn't be an issue in the future and I could pay the bill in my own time. Today I woke up again another charge!!! Now I was told that it's money owed to them so they can take it. I spoke to manager after manager and no one can help and I'm told there's no Corporate number for me to speak anyone. If you're considering signing up with this service, I suggest you don't... I've had t mobile, their service is great.Their customer service is amazing. Because of my area where I'm located. I currently am assigned with Verizon and I have excellent service. I've had no issues with them. Do yourself a favor don't do business with xfinity.
