This isn’t about fios customer service but more about these new boxes they’ve installed in everyone’s home with “better, faster, 5g internet and streaming”. No one asked for this change and we’ve had to restart our cable boxes in every room almost every day. I was watching a marathon then in the middle of it it said we don’t get that channel and all of our boxes cancelled out again. We’ve called customer service several times to troubleshoot and they’ve helped us out but it doesn’t stop the same problem from happening the next day. We have a small house so it’s not a router-distance issue especially since the room with the router is the living room and that’s the room with the most issues.
These new streaming boxes were the dumbest things they could have come up with. It’s their answer to kids not wanting cable at all and wanting to just stream well oh well, seniors and people who depend on basic cable have had issues non stop. Go back to the old boxes please this is not something we asked for.

the worst employees of verizon wirles that i have ever seen in my life i just drove 30 minutes to come there is why they closed at 9:00pm and i left right now i came because i have verizon and i came to buy another cell phone line and the girl who is working is a black woman with big lips and a big forehead and she told me to come tomorrow that she is going to give me an appointment tomorrow I told her thank you for your service and I really left that this world is better and if they don't put good employees that store won't work make money they are losing it

Anthony was quite rude. I came in asking if there was any way I could lower my bill. Apparently, it was already pretty low with my discounts. Which is fine, but repeating “What answer do you want?” instead of just explaining my bill is not really great customer service. He then pointed me towards some potential discounts on id.me, which didn’t work. That’s not his fault. But “what answer do you want??” shouldn’t be the response when a customer comes in, you know, looking for answers.

I had to go and get service yesterday. Ebony and Rocco were absolutely fantastic. Very patient and really delivered on the experience I was hoping for coming in. They helped us port numbers and get setup with the best plan for our budget. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in to see them if you're considering Verizon! Thank you for the superb service!

When first walking into this store, I was frustrated with the service that had originally approached me. I had a man ask me if I needed help in which I replied yes to, then as I was telling him my whole phone issue, he rudely cut me off mid sentence to tell me I had to be added to the queue. Thankfully, I got passed onto the most pleasant employee, Kate.She listened to my problems attentively and simply explained to me what my trade in options were. She was so knowledgeable about verizon’s current promotions & answered all my questions with ease, including add on options and possibly coming in to get an ipad.Overall, Kate is one of the best interactions I have had with a verizon employee & she deserves recognition for this (I loved the service so much that I actually went ahead to look online at Verizon’s website but I couldn’t find it to create a review, so I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!)Order# 1582354

I’m updating the previous review. The manager called to resolve my previous concerns and I returned to the store to make another purchase. The store associates were helpful and friendly, and I will return there again.
