I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!

I went to the store on Clements Bridge road with a problem and Nick was the Customer Service Rep who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and solved my problem immediately. He also advised me on options to upgrade my phone for free which I did, as I had wanted to for a long time. Again, very responsive, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store!!!!

Just had a great experience at Verizon in Deptford with rep Jake who set my cell up and explained a lot of cell phone technology to me and helped me with accessories. Very pleasant experience and highly recommend visiting Jake for your cell phone needs.

My phones were ordered Monday. I stated at the time that I wanted screen protectors and cases for all 3. Tuesday I get a notification that my phones were delivered and signed for. I was told by the store that my phones weren't there despite being notified otherwise. I finally get the call to get my phones the following day to find out they don't have cases or screen protectors in stock for them. I specifically told the sales rep I didn't want the phone without a case and screen protector, but he was unprepared and lost an additional 200 dollar plus sale. We finally get our phones set up and I was already frustrated with the experience when I go to pay and am told they can't make change for my transaction. So I left the store and went to a different store to get change. How unprepared and unprofessional can someone be. I feel like my entire experience was frustrating.
