Went there today for a rental and the employee went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Super helpful and made the experience a lot better than expected. I believe his name was mark (or mike).

the equipment was clean and the service provider was very helpful and nice. the equipment did not smell like cigarettes as i have experienced in the past. pick up was easy. also i did have to call the service to switch my truck because i selected the wrong size by accident and they were SO helpful, calm, and collected.
