I had great customer service from Mercedes and another lady, very nice and informative. They did a battery replacement on a vincero watch that a local jeweler said they didn't know how to do, it took 15 minutes.

I always get my watch battery changed here. I have a loyalty card for them and once they tightened my watch up too tight. They sorted it out when I went back in no problem.
