I love their clothes and Sometimes this place even has an awesome clearance section I’m talking dirt cheap for cute stuff. The people there are super nice but one in particular is now my favorite, Dakota very nice and very helpful but not overbearing at all will definitely return :)

Very disappointed ? I purchase a Nixon watch. Three days later the ban faded. Which means it’s defective right ok. I try to get a refund and was not able. They gave me a run around a list of numbers to call which ended up not successful. So attention to all costumer this company purchase defective items to sale without a Tec to examine all items and products. So purchase at your own risk ⚠️

The associates are not the kindest when handling online orders or returns. They made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. Nevertheless, I still love this store. They have a wide selection and great clearance deals.

I bought a pair of boots that I ended up not liking and went back to return them. I wasn’t able to find the receipt but I decided to try and return them anyways. The girl behind the cash register was so sweet and she even complimented my outfit. She told me that she needed help from her manager in order to put the money back on my debit card. We waited ten minutes for the manager, Kylie, to come out and in the meantime we had a nice conversation. Kylie came back with the worst attitude. I was able to get a gift card with the money on it, but I was appalled at the way Kylie acted. Not only was she incredibly rude to the staff member but also had a horrible attitude with me as well. The floor staff has always been super nice and helpful every time i’ve gone into the store but the managers demeanor was both surprising and disgusting. Not sure how she got her position.

Love that place! especially Hailey! She’s such a great worker and such a friendly face to see in there . She would always hang with me and my friends as we shopped and i’m so sad that tomorrow is her last day .
