Customer service was a fail! Went to this place to inquire about a handgun staff wasn’t friendly at all. Didn’t offer any information, or suggestions just sat there and ate in my face while I browsed around, barely wanted to answer my questions.

This is definitely the store you should not only visit, but support as well. They are what just about every other gun shop is not. They are FRIENDLY, CLEAN, STOCKED and very PROFESSIONAL. Most gun shops I have visited in the South Jersey Area are dirty and run down and the staff is miserable or just don’t have personality. This store is a must.

First time buyer. These guys were very helpful. I went in on a Saturday they were swamped and they still took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. super laid back and professional, down to earth. Highly recommend this place to anyone. They were super knowledgeable about everything they sell as well as the paperwork process. 5 star experience

I'm a hunter (but if you're not you should still read this) that decided to get a handgun for the range and home because shooting guns is fun and I sit in a tree stand more than I actually shoot in the woods. So I did some research online and knew I wanted to buy a Glock 17 or 19 but didn't know which one would feel right, so I drove to Arsenal and Tom was very helpful and introduced me to the 19X. Their firearm expertise made this a great first purchase for a new handgun owner as they explained the differences of each and let me make an informed decision.If you're completely new to firearms and you're still reading this, just let them know. They're very professional and will lead by example when displaying the gun you're interested in purchasing. I think if more people went to Arsenal they would know what responsible gun owners look like.This is a small business I look forward to supporting for as long as the 2nd amendment is alive in this state! Thanks guys!

I got my firearms permit a few months ago and knew nothing about firearms. Eric sold me a sig 226, a keltec ksg, and a Saint victor. These folks are patient and knowledgeable. The pricing is fair and they're family owned.I highly recommend supporting this business. I'll be sure to give them my business going forward.

Called in to ask about consignment and the man on the phone could not seem any less interested to answer my questions. Gave me one word answers and sounded like he didn't want to be on the phone. Not even going to bother coming in if this is the type of service they provide. They need more training in customer service.
