I spend a lot on cigars and try different shops, and my experience here hasn’t left my mind for over a year now so I don’t know if this younger employee still works there or not but I went in for a few cigars and a younger employee who was on his phone on FaceTime talking to a girl decided to flip the camera on me and talk about me to her, now I know at the time I was dressed in not an everyday outfit cause I just finished a hike, and I’m a bigger guy but I also know what he was saying cause I speak the language do to my travels, when I called him out he looked shocked and taken back and then got nervous, the terrible insults he was saying I’ll leave off here cause he was younger and most likely in an immature phase but this left such a bad taste in my mouth I decided to reach out and leave probably my 3rd review ever, if I ever decide to go back and get better service I might switch my review rating but until then this place for that experience gets a 1, I’d give it a zero if I could… hope the customer service changes or has changed since this was a little over a year ago
