“Today I went and did a ton of Amazon returns. I appreciate how patience and amazing the staff was. I also didn't catch one worker name, but he pointed out that my one of my returns were supposed to be in a box together. I didn't mind paying the fee for those, but before continuing my returns. I went through to see if any of my other orders were same way. Thank you for pointing that out so I didn't have pay any extra money for boxes. I really appreciate workers here. Thanks UPS.”
“Here is a good, honest small business. The owner of this establishment is fair and honest. I was a little thrown back by paying $3.00 for a label, but after the owners explanation. It was understandable. You pay for a service, and that service has expenses. Like any business, it costs time, money and electricity to run these machines it's easy to forget that the printers you use at home are just a fraction of the price of their 30k printers. $3.00 may seem like a lot for a piece of paper, but remember that he is trying to make a living and run an honest business. If anything please understand that the days of $1.00 a page are well over. I hope this review helps someone bless this man and his business with many customers to help him stay in business.”

“i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”

If you ever have any printing or shipping needs be sure to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Attached is a picture of an invitation we had them print for us. We downloaded the image online and had PostNet print them in a matte finish on cardstock. They came out great!”

“The most helpful and awesome people, I had to send a art print the other day and found out it was the wrong size ( ordered from staples) Stew literally printed me a free print, waited until I went back home to frame it and send it for me. I refuse to go anywhere else. These guys are fast, efficient and genuinely care about everyone that walks in the door. I will truly never go to another place. “I walked to this store from the Element/W hotel. A very nice lady helped me and had a successful transaction.
One thing I learned was that the online rates are different from the in store rates. If you print the mailing labels at home, you can drop them off at the nearest UPS Store.
The package arrived earlier than the delivery date which was fantastic.”

I received the item in a timely manner and was grateful for the help and advice I received from the very pleasant staff at this post office.”

He went way above and beyond that and took time to help me access the Staples app on my phone so I could get rebate on my toner purchase. He was pleasant, patient, and actually looked at me while speaking-sadly that is all too rare these days with your typical retail cashier.”

Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. The GM Randy was able to help me in a huge pinch when I needed business cards by 8am the next day (18 hour turn around) and when I couldn’t make it before they closed the night of, they were able to hand it off to me in the morning while I was on my way to the conference! Amazing customer service, so kind and caring, truly felt valued as a customer every step of the way!!”
