I know there are thieves out there but I’m not one of them. I kept feeling overly watched , employees whispering into their microphones at the end of the aisles , All I was doing was smelling perfumes. I had to leave it was super uncomfortable.

i want to say the woman's name was taylor? she was at the register, brunette hair, VERY helpful and accommodating and sweet! she made my experience great! super awesome attitude especially around the holidays:) thanks girl!

This place is great. They carry this perfume that I just love. It's called Black Opium. They also carry multiple shades of red matte lip gloss. And a lot more. The Sales Associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. It located inside the Deptford Mall on the second floor.Every time I shop here, it's a good experience.I highly recommend this store.

Didn't feel comfortable in the store. Things were placed on the shelves all willy nilly. You could find what you were looking for underneath the counters.

As soon as I walked in the young lady greeted me and helped me find what I needed. Customer service was on point. Depending on what your getting prices vary. But overall I’ll return.

I usually get overwhelmed by Sephora but this time wasn't like that thanks to Billie! She was very straightforward and helped to suggest foundations for my shade. I was looking for a collection and it was sadly only online but she colored matched me so I could order later on. Billie was very professional and blunt which I appreciated. Oftentimes I've gotten service from the sorority girl type who are like "OMG everything is soooooo cute on you" and I know that is far from the truth. Anyways I suggest coming here and asking for Billie.

Love Sephora! The only thing I am noticing is a lot of the testers are so dirty! I see many using tgere fingers. More need to really start watching on how the makeup is being used

On Sunday ,20 2022 I went to Sephora in Depford mall . I was looking for a perfume. Associates who recommend cosmetic offered me some brands and I chose Versace bright crystal. They told that small trip bottle cost 30 $ and big size 1,7 oz cost 60$. It supposed to be my Christmas present from husband. We decided to buy bigger size as it seemed to be a good deal. I was happy. But while I was going to pay at registering another associate said it cot 90$. Of course I could reject paying but I decided to buy. My mood was spoiled. Before you recommend something be sure you don't make people overpay. I could afford 90$ perfume but disinformation of customers is awful. Next time I will think before choosing which store to go to buy cosmetic.

I went into this Sephora to get some Dior lipgloss. I was standing there for about 10mins looking & not one person came to help me. The staff was talking with each other. I kept looking around to see if they would notice me or even ask if I need help finding anything but nope. I had to go get help. I felt like they didn’t care nor have any customer service skills. Everybody knows when in a cosmetic store to always offer help.

Tara was amazing! She took the time when no one else did to ask me if i was finding everything okay and helped me find a brow pencil. She was super knowledgeable and sooo sweet!!

Just made an even exchange on a product (same type, different color) that was a gift and had the receipt. I had to pay $10+. They said because purchaser used their credits toward the purchase of it, I couldn't do an even exchange. No other explanations, only the computer wouldn't let them. Beware. Scams everywhere.
