After purchasing a normal membership recently, I went to the Deptford Sam’s Club. I arrived approximately 9:25 am. It is currently almost 100 degrees and the front desk customer service manager told me no, I could not shop because I was not a premium membership holder. So after explaining I drive an hour and it’s excessive heat warning out, she still said no. Then says, would you like to upgrade? What?!?! Contacted Sam’s Corporate Office and lodged complaint.

Very good place to buy, the only drawback is that they put prices on OFWR and when it comes to paying it is a regular price

Sam's Club Optical is by far the best. Jon Sass has been my go to person and my lifesaver. You definitely want to get your frames here from Jon. He goes above and beyond.

You guys really need to get the 16oz bottles of Poland Spring in the 40 pack... that's the only one I buy. You have all the other ones like the 20oz in the smaller pack, the bigger ones and the mini ones but not those and I have looked twice both times I was there. Williamstown has them all the time. I see this is a smaller location so you guys have less stuff.

It’s 6:01p on Sunday, May 19, with many customers still walking around inside shopping and Christine wouldn’t let a 10 year member with scan and go come in buy water. If you hate your job go find something you love to do. Horrible customer service.

store it self could have isle product labeled at both ends.
staff very friendly .
All the years it's been there I can't get over the unsafe design of entrance and the one isle right on a bend with high bushes.

I am giving this Sam's a 5 star because I never have issues but I will express my concern with the gas pump employees and the way business is handled out there. The employee asked me if my account code on my app was a photo? No sir, it is not. I have been a Sam's member for years. If you are going to ask me and not every other customer driving through...what is the point? Sam's and its employees need to know not to discrimate. Why ask me if you are not asking everyone? Do i look like im up to no good for a $1 saving on gas?
I go through these gas pumps daily and most of the time....no one even asks anyone if they have a membership. Get it together.It's a different strategy every day.

Cancelling my membership after being forced to listen to an oversized roomba screeching at obscene volumes during my entire shopping trip.
