I would like to rate one star only but i add one more because they still under Sam's name
You have to wait 30 minutes until someone show up and pick up the car then another 40 minutes untill someone show up to give you the key
Even if they say come to pick up after one hour it is 3 hours

A really unfortunate experience. Had an appointment on Saturday at 9am that was pre-booked weeks in advance for four new tires. I show up on time & was told to return at 9:30am since no one is in the tire center. Come back at 9:30am, as told, and there is a long line of people who had appointments starting at 8am and were told to come back. At this point, they now say that they will not start taking people until 10am. I waited in line and asked to reschedule my appointment for the next day. Return the next day at 3pm and wait in line 20 minutes before being told that they can take my car, but they are short staffed so it’s no telling how long it will take. I asked for clarification, should I leave and come back the next day? Should I leave my car? Was really giving no answer. I should’ve taken my car elsewhere, but I’m stubborn. I’m not on hour 4 of waiting for my car back …. GO ELSEWHERE!

Amazing service!! I needed my battery replaced in my 2018 Chevy Traverse and Eddy had it complete by the time I was finished doing my shopping! Seriously so convenient and appreciated since I had my 2 yo daughter with me. I plan on returning to have some tpms sensors and tires replaced in a couple of weeks. Keep up the great work guys!!

Had a great experience getting my four tires replaced today. Edward was efficient, courteous and answered all my questions. He gave me options where to wait and estimated the time to complete the repair. Highly recommended!!!!

Ed in the Tire center introduced himself and pitched me on tires, benefits and even upgrading my membership. Was a pleasant experience. If you're shopping for tires, ask for him!

Edward in tire installation is very helpful and nice, unlike some of the other guys in the department. He is knowledgeable and is very friendly! If you can get him, specifically, to help you then your time there will be worth the while.

Worst tire center I've ever been to. Called and said they opened at 8. Online tells me they open at 8. Greeters tell me they open at 9. Store employees say they open at 9. I get in line at 8:30. They tell me not to wait in line and that they open at 9:30. I walk off. They immediately start taking customers. I come back irritated. They say they'll try to get my vehicle done by 12. I'm shocked as I'm first in line even with appointments. I talk to the customer behind me and they say that they told him that they won't even start working on cars until 10. I decide to cut my loses. Tire worker says not to come back without an appointment and that they're by appointment only. I will not be renewing my membership.

Terrible club and department. Employees are extremely racist and will keep you waiting for hours. These guys are rude and condescending and will not fix the underlying issue of your car.

Don't bother going there to fix your flat tire. They will just waste your time and tell you that it can't be repaired, they will suggest you to buy a new tire instead. This happened to me twice with two different cars, while the same tires were successfully repaired at other tire shops.
