We had a great experience at the store. We were greeted when we walked in and the sales person was very helpful and courteous and was very informative. He showed us a lot of recliners and we walked around and found the chair we liked. Thanks for your help Mel great job.

I experienced the worst customer service of my life. The manager absolutely refuses to even speak with me. They have my money and basically they are done with me. Problem is, I STILL don't have my furniture. Obviously, I will never do business with them again. This has been the worst experience and customer service that I have ever received. I can't recall anyone ever disrespecting me like this in my life. Pure disrespect.

I ordered a new battery pack because after 3 years my battery would no longer charge my recliner. I went to the Deptford, NJ store , paid for a new battery. I was told to pick it up at the warehouse, which was 45 minutes from my house one way. Only to arrive there to be told that it was at the store in Deptford. , since the previous day. I did not receive a courtesy phone call to avoid a waisted trip. I was not offered a discount for the inconvience . The customer service is great before my purchase 3 years ago . Any assistance after my purchace or warranty redemption their service is poor.

I had a very good experience with RF. My salesperson was Mel. He helped me to get all the things I wanted on one order. Delivery has been excellent so far. Still waiting for some more things. I really like Raymour Flanigan’s layaway plan as it was tailored to me. They also expeditiously replaced a broken item I ordered. I find myself looking for more things that I want to get on their website which I find very easy to navigate. I will shop there again!!! Thanks Mel and RF.
