Seriously would give zero stars if I was able. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should say this is specifically aimed at the branch manager Richard Morris. The other associates in bank tried to help with my issue but unfortunately it was something that needed to be passed along to the manager.
My issue ultimately had to be passed along to corporate and he still pretty much ignored them as well. Took nearly 2 months to reissue a cashiers check. Unbelievable!

So for every one's information I been with PNC bank for almost a year now actually 11 months to be exact I came over to the deptford nj branch to cash a 401k check from ADT and they refused to cash the check because they say I need it to have the pnc account for over a year to be able to cash a check with them. Well that's dumb but it is theyr rule now remember that when I open the account they 11 month ago they told me all I need it was a bank account. Also I get my wife and my direct deposit to this bank and the check was well cover for the amount since my direct deposit is greater than what the check was and yes my balance is 10 times of what the check was so I don't get it. Well this review is to say PNC bank will give you 200 excuses that don't make sense when they don't want to do something for you. I be changing banks soon.

I had my checking account hacked and they wired all the money I had out of it and PNC has done nothing to help me get back my money even though they are FDIC insured and are supposed to protect me they have been nothing but rude and dismissive The other accounts I have elsewhere that were hacked went out of their way to help me and gave me everything back it is proven to be fraud everywhere except at PNC bank They continue to deny this I wonder how they sleep at night and if they're able to pay their bills because I'm not

Very bad customer service, standing in lobby for 25 minutes and all anyone can say as they walk past you is, “ we’ll be right with you”, very bad service

The worst PNC branch there is. Rude, discourteous, does their job one day, then refuses the next. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. McDonalds is actually better than this branch.
