“I recently went to Quest Diagnostic and I had a great experience with getting my bloodwork done. The nurse was extremely skilled when drawing my blood, making the process very comfortable and smooth. The only part that was unbearable was the lack of AC in the building. The building was not in great shape for such a hot day in Philadelphia and I hope this issue is rectified immediately. Had I been sensitive to heat, I could have passed out in the waiting room. There were only running fans in the facility, which was the biggest downside to my visit. The staff deserves better work conditions!”

“I’ve had what feels like an absurd amount of blood work done over the last three years and this morning’s experience was my best yet. Steve is now my favorite phlebotomist and I’ll be sure to ask for him whenever I need to go again! I had three vials drawn and barely felt a thing. The transition between vials was smooth, he found my hard to find veins on his first try, and there was zero bruising after (I almost always bruise). He also had excellent bedside manner and that put me at ease.”
“I’m a VERY difficult stick when it comes to bloodwork. No matter how much water I drink, no matter how still I am, my veins love to roll. The two techs at Quest were so sweet and empathetic when it took 4 tries to get me. Two different techs put up with my stupid veins, and they successfully managed to get the stick while being gentle every time they attempted. They were both incredibly personable and did an amazing job at keeping me distracted while I braced the procedure. Even though I had to endear the extra pokes, I’d return back again in a heartbeat. It’s a nightmare every time I have to go for routine labs, and they made the whole thing much more bearable. I left with tips on how to make my next go a bit easier, and was glad to be in such caring hands”

“Always seamless in and out experience here - I've come here for pre-employment testing and my routine bloodwork. Usually I make an appointment and have to wait less than 5 minutes to be brought back. I had a large quantity of labs ordered for one visit and they worked hard to minimize needle pokes. This morning I walked in without an appointment right at opening and was seen immediately. Jeff was my phlebotomist and he was AMAZING. He was able to stick me in my AC which no one has been able to do in years because of my veins diving deep. It was over before I knew it. Very satisfied - Jeff deserves a raise!! The other benefit of this location is that if you have a ride waiting for you, there's a place for them to easily pull over in the roundabout during your quick appointment. I've never been there longer than 15 minutes start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“I have to say Allante, Bri and Sloan were rays of sunshine right up at the front desk. They were very welcoming and sweet and helped me check in to do a work lab work. They made my check in process very easy. I didn’t feel discomfort. They also distracted me while I was getting drawn. I am very happy about this location. If I could give 10 stars I would!”
“Check-in is so convenient and easy to do. I was a walk-in at 7:25 AM and was called back within 10 minutes of arriving. My phlebotomist was excellent and it was a painless stick. He was also very professional and kind. I will come here for my blood work.”

“We had been to four gastro specialists (on the Jersey and PA sides of the river) and two other Naturopaths over the past 6+ years to try to help my daughter with ongoing gastro issues that were severely impacting her. She had every test imaginable - but never rec'd a clear diagnosis or path to wellness. We were referred to Dr. Far Rahman by our primary Dr. when they saw how totally frustrated we were. We saw Dr. Far on August 30, 2023 and she recommended a protocol of natural remedies. By September 17 - my daughter's condition completely improved. We just had our follow up (10/12) and will continue the protocol and re-test her various levels in December. Based on how my daughter is doing, I am sure the test results will show great improvements in her gut health. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Far for her kind attention to my daughter's particular issues, her probing questions, her accessibility and responsiveness, and most of all for her exceptional expertise! We highly recommend Dr. Far!!!”

“The phlebotomists working here were efficient and friendly. It's clear that these two ladies I saw today in the lab care about the quality of their work. I'm usually a tough stick, and the lady working with me was very careful to find a good vein to complete my draw. She was also considerate about my fear of needles and placed it with deliberate care. She was also considerate how she bandaged my arm to make sure the bandage doesn't roll uncomfortably. It's clear the value of labor they provide here, and honestly, they probably deserve much more than what they're making. I hope I get to work with them again during the course of my ongoing care needs.”

“Today was the first time I went to this Labcorp. I didn’t know what to expect since it’s inside of a pharmacy, but it wasn’t too bad. The waiting area is kind of small, but since you’re in a store you can kind of walk around until it’s your turn to be seen. The phlebotomist was such a sweetheart and she’s really good at her job! When I say she’s good, she seems very skilled at what she does; I didn’t even feel a needle stick like I usually do when I go to one of the other ones.”

The waiting area was a bit crowded and the check in machine was down so you had to sign in via clipboard but hey you can’t control how many people show and and tech acts up sometime. Although I was told that happened before. There was one gentleman having a bit of a time because he had a 8:45 appointment and hadn’t been seen yet. My appointment was at 9 and I was seen just before him. He ended up having to say something. But as for me everyone that worked there was nice, answered my questions and were professional.”

“It was fine! Phlebotomist was great she did it quickly and easily. Customer service upfront is pretty bad you can tell the person hated every second of being there but hey whatever. They’ll get you in and out and get the job done. I tried walking in but there were a lot of people. Checked in on a kiosk and said over an hour wait so I selected the come back in an hour choice had an appointment slot for 11:30-12:00. Came back at 11:15 and they got me in around 11:35. Overall a fine experience.”

“I went there this morning with my 4 year old who had to get bloodwork. My child has autism and tends to start goin crazy if she has to wait to long I explained that to the receptionist she was very helpful they brought us straight to the back in a different room and gave my child lots of toys and different things to keep her calm. They was so gentle and understanding of the situation and they took the blood work so fast my daughter did not cry or flinch at all I was extremely pleased”
“Minimal wait time for appointment. Doctors answer questions and provide information about patient concerns. Parking in front is tight, more parking in back of building but sometimes very few parking spots available. Lab and most routine xrays can be done at same location which makes it easier then having to go to a different facility for tests. Other tests like MRI or ultrasound must be scheduled by appointment but routine xrays do not need appts”
“I have to give this employee a shout out because of how hard they work. I’m not sure if it is this way every day of the week but this is the ONLY location that is open on Saturday and oh my god… they open at 7:30… I arrived at 7:40 and there was already 38 people waiting, I was 39th and shortly after many many many more arrived…. If you are coming on a Saturday you better be here super early and be prepared to wait.”
