My sister-law and I went to purchase nose rings for the first time. Maria was very helpful and kind to us.. She educated us on the different types of nose ring styles and gave us the pros and cons.. We appreciated her kindness, patience and enthusiasm in helping us.. We were happy and content with purchasing nose rings. We are definitely going back to purchase more nose rings! Great costumer service!!!

The owner of the company is very nice. He goes above and beyond to show GREAT customer service. I was very pleased with his customer service that I feel comfortable enough to do further business with the company. I plan on attending his new store that will open soon called Retrofit in Runnemede NJ.

I have gone here multiple times since I have found them about 4 years ago. I live over an hour away and would rather take the drive just to purchase new nose rings. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The jewelry is great quality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have recommended many people to go to Just Pierce It and they loved it as well!

First visit was good, but the second visit the wrong earrings were put in for my piercings accidentally, now because I didn't get what I asked for I'm stuck snagging my new piercing on hairs and fabric. Extremely annoyed.

Although this business has very attractive products, it suffers in areas regarding soft skills and establishing salubrious relationships with customers. On Sunday May 22nd, I visited this business with the intent to purchase a bracelet. In doing so, I could not help to take notice that there were two sales associates that refused to acknowledge my presence and interest as a consumer. As a result, I appropriately used non-verbal gestures to receive assistance, and was greeted with a very pejorative response, socio-culturally. Hereof, the staff appeared to have a very egregious disposition that was rooted in the idea that I was disrupting her while she engaged in some form of social banality with her co-worker. What is more, when I asked if I was disrupting or disturbing her, she responded in a way that was clearly fallacious, and to this extent I felt as though a poor dialectic was established between costumer and sales representative. Such an encounter was deeply rooted in an individual that lacks the social and cultural skills needed to solidify plausible and palatable connections with individuals that differ from herself. What is more, such behaviors unveil that she is both surreptitious and toxic. Notions of ambiguity as it relates to the relationship between sale and purchase will serve as the linchpin within the social fiber of this distasteful space of business!!!!! Shop online- at least you won’t have to deal with meta aggressions from sophomoric employees.

I went there for the first time. Underwhelming experience. The woman who was working, had the attitude that she just didn’t want to be there. She was not informative at all really. Lastly, the jewelry was poor quality. It had to be trashed within 1 week. It was fake and upset my pierced nose. I’ve had my nose pierced for a couple years now and never experienced something like that. I won’t be going back there. I know it’s a great price but… well you get what you pay for sometimes. Don’t recommend this stand in the mall to anyone.

I got 4 piercings done. Two lobe and two cartilage. They look great! The selections for new studs are cheap AND hypoallergenic too, plus a good variety! Also cute side story - a little girl wanted her ears pierced but was scared. So the girl working the desk got a piercing to show her it’s nothing to be scared of. So cuuute. Anyway, great place if you want to avoid over pricing of chains like Clair’s and Pagoda.
