The owner of the company is very nice. He goes above and beyond to show GREAT customer service. I was very pleased with his customer service that I feel comfortable enough to do further business with the company. I plan on attending his new store that will open soon called Retrofit in Runnemede NJ.

I have gone here multiple times since I have found them about 4 years ago. I live over an hour away and would rather take the drive just to purchase new nose rings. First visit was good, but the second visit the wrong earrings were put in for my piercings accidentally, now because I didn't get what I asked for I'm stuck snagging my new piercing on hairs and fabric. Extremely annoyed.
