“I picked up a new set of gold hoops with natural blue sapphire on one side and if you flip it around it has diamonds on the other side. The customer service associate was amazing. No pressure during sale. She was friendly and helpful. She even cleaned our wedding rings as I was making my decision.When I was engaged six years ago. My engagement ring was purchased here. A few years later one of the sapphire stones fell out. They offered to repair it for free. And that's exactly what they did.
