Emily and Sofia were amazing. Kind, personable and very knowledgeable of their job! Such great customer service skills. Pierced my ears and was on my way in no time. Also bought some ear cuffs just because of their salesmanship. These ladies deserve a raise. Will come back just to visit them. ❤️

I visited Icing this weekend to get a third ear piercing and Emily was beyond helpful and friendly. She really cares about her customers and she was so kind while she explained everything. She also helped resolve a problem with one of the piercings quickly and painlessly - super awesome customer service. As a retail worker, I wish I had her level of care and expertise!

I love the sales at Icing. You can get amazing stuff at a cheap price $1. I usually get 12 items for $12 dollars. Scrunchies, bracelets, rings, nail polish, necklaces, sunglasses, earrings, phone cases, etc.

I do not typically leave reviews but the service I received on Monday evening was outstanding. I went into this store at 8PM needing jewelry for a special event that I am attending Friday. I didn't even have a dress yet (2 in mind but not delivered yet) and very different styles. I was beyond frazzled and not very good at visualizing in my head. Sam welcomed me in and asked if I needed help. She stayed with me and talked me through styles, why some would work and some would not based on the dress pictures. Due to the return policies I was not able to buy several pieces and return what wasn't worn so she really took a lot of time to guide me in the right direction. I walked out with exactly what I needed and my stress level WAY down! I work in retail and I wish more people were like her! Most people today would have MAYBE said hello and left me on my own. She was really great and I hope she is recognized for the asset she is!

Horrible service my girlfriend tried to return a bag Sunday afternoon and a girl name Sam was sitting in the counter and told us they don’t take returns but when I went down to Claire’s they said they do take returns but the girl was being so ignorant and rude!!! Never again going to that store when that girl is there.?

Brought my 13 y/0 daughter in for more piercings. We got to meet Sam. Sam was amazing, knowledgeable and made her completely comfortable. She knew all the right questions to ask and gave us some great advice too. She did a wonderful job at piercing too. Sam was kind, funny and awesome. I will definitely be a returning customer now, because of Sam !! She is a gem. Keep her around.

I got my third piercing and cartilage today by Sam!! She was so fast and she did a great job! Originally I wanted the piercing on my left ear, but she said that it would be unsafe due to the shape of my ear, and she gave me the option to either pierce my other ear or not get it done. She could have easily just done what I’d asked to make a quick dollar, but she made sure she did it right and that I was safe! So nice too, will definitely get all my piercings here

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was to go into the Icing Store in the Deptford Mall. I was looking for something for a wedding but really didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Emily was so nice and sweet and took the time to ask questions to figure out what I like and then began to show me things to narrow it down until I found exactly what I needed. To say I am very happy with my experience and purchase is an understatement! Thank you Emily and the entire staff at Icing for such a wonderful experience in your store. I will DEFINITELY be back! ?

I came into the mall with my little sister and Sam was the absolute best! She helped my little sister pick out items that she couldn’t make up her mind on. She was so nice and patient during our entire time shopping!
