My husband and I have been using H&R Block for very many years we go to the best of the best Miss Sharon Lewis and although we don't receive anything we seem to know every year for some reason she seems to be very knowledgeable but the problem is she was unavailable this year and we had to have another tax preparer when we came into the office and the Deptford New Jersey area, the lady had the music on and she had two phones in front of my husband and she wasn't as professional. I asked her on multiple occasions if she could please enlarge the screen so we could see exactly the same as she was seen she claimed she did not know how. The whole experience I felt like yes I did do comparison where I stayed at my other tax preparer would do it this way I had to ask if she could please put my paperwork into a envelope when giving me my paperwork and if she could staple it like my other tax preparer would do so neatly, she was breathing and told me next year don't forget to make your appointment with your regular tax preparer and I told her I will although I will use someone else differently completely other than H&R Block. My husband and I have been coming to H&R Block for over 10 years and with that being said new customers seem to catch a break and customers that have been loyal and returning customers do not get a break and it seems as though the prices just keep going up every year. H&R Block charge for every little Nick and cran. I think I'm going to look into another tax service for next year and maybe I may make out. I think with the lady haven't heard two phones out and not being professional enough to know that she's doing someone's taxes it calls her to forget to give me a proper form included in my taxes which caused me to get bumped out of a payment arrangement and that's not cool. I don't play with my money and I don't play with my family and I've been loyal to H&R Block for many years I've given them money and they have taken but what have I gotten in return

The people were very nice and helpful, but the pricing was a lot. I needed to get my taxes filed and done without any worries so I went ahead and paid. It was just a lot for it only taking a total on 5 minutes to file my return.

Maureen at the Deptford, NJ Field Office is the very best! Very personable, and has a deep knowledge that she smoothly shares and makes taxes being filed a pleasurable experience. I've gone to her for years and will continue to do so.
