The owner, Q, is is very nice and helpful guy as is Tay! There are so many options in his store from vapes to bongs to rolling apparatus and all kinds of other stuff. The prices are also reasonable.Update: I bought a vape that had an issue and Q and Tay worked with me to make my mom and I happy, repeat customers!!! Thanks Q!

Rude. Every time i go in here and its the heavy set guy.... He's so rude and condsending, he rather give you hard time and run you our then make a sale. Good thing there are lots of local smoke shops who do, in fact want to take my money.

Best smoke shop ever, I’ve been to quite a few as well as in Vegas and this shop is on par with those. 1 of the owner’s Q greeted me and made me feel so welcome, he went over all the items he had available that I was looking for. Even after my purchase we had a awesome conversation, this will be my go to spot now

Awesome store, always stocked, and great helpful employees personal working here. The owner, Qaher is very friendly, and has good manners with customers. Very down to earth guy and delivers great merchandise. It's always refreshing to come to an establishment and deal with excellent customer service.

I visited holidaze smoke shop on 6-18-23. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a store in a very long. While there were many people in the store it was me (the only person of color) that the store employee wanted to helicopter around. Comments like if you break it, you’re gonna have to buy it or you’re not allowed to open the cases are unnecessary for a shopper like me. I’m not a kid I’m 50. The item I wanted they didn’t have. On top of that I have to deal with this employee over my shoulder, the whole time I’m shopping. I think it’s funny. The store has posters of Jimi Hendrix and other black artists in their store but a person of color can’t shop there without being harassed by the store keeper. If you’re a person of color, I would stay out of Holidaze. As for myself, there are way too many smoke shops in my area to ever walk back in that store. I would give it less stars if I could.

This location is absolutely amazing! Everytime I go in I feel like I could get lost looking at everything they have, there is literally nothing they don't have! The customer service is on point, they are so friendly and so helpful. I will never go anywhere else this is my absolutele favorite place! It's such a chill and positive environment!

they go against their return policy clearly hanging on the wall....employees are rudebought screens that were damaged more than one timejust not worth your time or money here. too many other smoke shops with integrity DO NOT GO HERE

i LOVE this smoke shop and it’s the ONLY one I will go to. when my vape dies best believe I’m sitting in that parking lot waiting for them to open ? all of the staff are super nice and have a lot of knowledge on their products but JULIA is my favorite. she knows what flavors I typically like so she can recommend different brands for me to try. She knows everything about the products and is just one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met&makes my experience pleasant everytime. I’ve never had any issues with the staff here they’re all great! You don’t find shops like this where everyone is kind and willing to help. Thanks holidaze?

One of my favorite shops to go to. Pretty up to date with new products from Raw and other good brands. Everyone also provides wonderful customer service and always help me find what I'm looking for!
