I really like the product line. Whoever the buyer is for this company they are very good. I've been shopping here for almost a year. Mostly in-person and once online. It was always a good experience.So, we went in and I found a really cute plaid skirt and a few other things.. I got into the line. And within just a few minutes realized something that I had never seen before.The associate behind the counter apparently was rude. And I felt completely surprised and saddened. I couldn't shake the feeling. So, I put everything down and left. I went to another store because there are other places to shop.

Always extremely clean. The organization is also great - the men's and kid's section are close together, and the women get a whole half of the store lol. The workers are always kind and willing to help. The clearance section is always packed with great deals - I'd definitely recommend dropping by if you are in the mall :)

Staff was incredibly rude and pushy. Didn’t feel like helping us and complained about us right to our faces! Like, are they not trying to sell us the clothes? God forbid you have to take a shirt of mannequin, so someone can try it on! I was extremely upset and the entire experience made my friends uncomfortable

I saw this older white lady very rudely refuse service to 2 people for being Hispanic. Snapping her fingers at them and making disgusted faces while waving them off to another cashier.
The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable, specially as a black gentleman was asked to take their spot in line. He could tell very well what was going on. Other workers were equally disgusted at her behavior.
Why on earth is that person allowed to work there while blatantly racially discriminating against customer's?
Please I want to know why such person is still allowed to work there?

I was in line with my daughter waiting to make a purchase. Employee saw us in line but continued to keep doing what ever she was doing. When she decided to finally come over someone stopped her to ask her to check a price. Now if she had of said to us I'll be right with you that would have been fine. But she never said anything. A little courtesy goes a long way. If my daughter didn't want to make the purchase I would have left the store and spent my money where I'm a appreciated .

Great up to date styles and reasonable pricing... Worldwide organization, out of Germany... They have been able to keep price increases to a minimum... Selling men's, women's and children's clothing...
