I went there today to get my 2 necklaces fixed, as well asy sapphire ring maintenanced, and the young lady at the counter was very helpful and courteous as well as through. I left a happy customer. :)

I am beyond disappointed in this store. I called and cancel an order. I them gave more than enough time to adjust and refund. I lost 81 points 2 years of on time payment. Everything paid off they have not refunded all of the credit to my account. I will never shop at this facility or do buiness with them ever again. I never had this issue at king of Prussia or the other mall. This is not right and I am beyond disappointed.

I had an incredible experience at Helzberg Diamonds, Deptford. Leisa and Mary Jane were terrific and they helped me out in everyway possible. They made my shopping experience enjoyful and as easy as it gets. I coulnd't have done it without their support and expertise. Beyond lucky and grateful to call the Deptford store my home store! Mary Jane, nay, the entire crew - is truly amazing. They want to see customers happy - Amanda and I cannot put to words how much this team's kindness, patience, and willingness to ensure our jewlery pieces are perfect. This store is not like a typical big box jewler, but the ladies in there make it feel like a hometown jewler and truly care about their customers. Thank you again, I'll be coming to your store for many years to come. Always nice to stop in and see friendly faces when getting jewlery cleaned and inspected too!
