a few days ago i was in the deptford mall shopping around with my girlfriend, and while we were in garage we got constant dirty looks from a shorter blonde girl. while she wasn’t looking at us she was on her phone behind the cashier station. decided not to buy anything because we felt unwelcomed. garage, please train customer support better.

I went to garage with my friend today to make an exchange. a pair of jeans she bought had a hole in it from the sensors they use, but this lady Devin, was extremely rude and unhelpful the whole time. Not once was she polite or tried to help even at all. It seemed no was her favorite word, considering that’s all she knew what to say. thank goodness for the customer service ladies over the phone who now opened a case to help me exchange my jeans. she was so sweet and helpful, exactly how someone who works in customer service should be. devin, take notes.

I love it when I was 20, it was a favorite store for me. Now I'm older and my daughter likes it because I recommend it for little girls. Nice store has a nice design of fashionable clothes. The workers are very organized and very clean. The place I rate it and recommend it.

terrible employees. i was in the store today and saw a skirt i liked. i wanted to look at it in the mirror because it’s a lot easier than going into a fitting room and trying it on. there’s one mirror in the entire store and for at least 10-15 minutes there was a worker standing in front of that mirror. it would’ve been fine for her to be there if she was actually working but instead of doing her job like all the other employees she was standing there taking up the entire mirror to take selfies while on the clock. this is pathetic and i expected a lot more out of garage and their workers. i can’t believe that she’s getting paid to stand there and send pictures to her friends while not allowing people who actually want to purchase something to look in the mirror. i even ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything because i was so aggravated. do better garage

5 stars for Victoria, and 1 star for the cashier name Anysia. The cashier today was really mean, she expressed her attitude and it made me feel very uncomfortable. She even incorrectly wrote the name of the sales on my receipt, I told her that Victoria was very professional, but then she put Kaitlin's name on my bill. The cashier's name is Anysia. I love this brand so much, I buy a lot here so I hope to receiving feedback and adjustments.

I shop at garage for my daughter and the quality of there clothing is truly amazing not to mention prices are great !!!!! The staff there are all so welcoming and helpful each time we go in there.
