Went in today about noon, no access to fitting room,they blocked it off and come to think of it this isn't the first time.When I asked I was told “ we are waiting on staff to come in”.So I waited a little bit but still was not able to try anything on.Very inconvenient!

It looks like a warehouse. The clothes are poor quality especially the men’s apparel. The workers need to be in uniform. And on the sales floor not behind the counter talking. Very disappointed.

This forever 21 has fun, chic clothes! And some very nice shirts on sale. Other than that, when things aren’t on sale they’re a bit pricey.
