They refuse to deliver to outside apartment doors in senior apartment buildings knowing those like myself are disabled, it's on their instructions. No driver has to see us ...fast food ,pharmacies and supermarkets deliver to our doors..Wal-Mart leaves the groceries on the floor outside our apartment doors, then take a picture and text it to us to let us know..others knock to let us know...SO there is no reason FedEx..AND UPS..REFUSES..their excuse it's to protest us from covid...they wear masks..There's NOT traffic if any in the building..they have 2 elevators to use..they need only to punch the apartment numbers on the call box for us to unlock the door, which lets us know they are there,and will be leaving the package at our door..NO PHYSICAL CONTACT.Stop using covid as the excuse for LAZY DRIVERS

Total rip off . I faxed 26 pages and they charged &47! How dishonest when it cost them probably not even $2 to fax . Corporate greed on the backs of hard working people . Fed Ex should be ashamed of themselves . And if that staore is a franchise the owner should be ashamed ! Disgraceful!
