“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. I truly can’t thank him enough.Not to be dramatic but Aaron truly made my day better.Thank you so much Aaron! You’re amazing”
“I mean..soooo are there people out there that dislike Target? Can't be! lol. Anyway, I was in the area shopping and had to see if there was a Target nearby. I think the ONLY gripe I have with any Target is that their appliances are almost always much more expensive than anywhere else. A Keurig at Walmart can be $79, here at Target it's $100 and I don't get it. This location's women's section left much to be desired. Messy and a small selection. Customer service was great when I needed help finding Method cleaning products. Towards the back of the store was a bit odd because it looked like aisles of totally random things. In one group of aisles were vitamins, then the next aisle was toilet paper and snacks.. Perhaps it was overstock or something.”
“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”
