Today I picked up 20 incense for $3.20 tax included. I have been coming to this store for years. It is located on the second floor of the Deptford Mall.Always a great experience. Super staff. Great prices.I highly recommend this store "East Meets West" . Located in the Deptford Mall.

The employees that work at this location are very rude and unprofessional. They don't greet their customers, but instead sit on their phones behind the counter and talk to themselves. When asking for help the employees were very rude and seemed bothered by my question. Would not recommend shopping here. I've been to both the Cherry hill and Monmouth locations and they are both significantly more helpful and much more attentive to their customers. Shame on you Deptford management! Do better!

Quick service. Helpful staff. Very kind. I saw a young male employee helping out a very sweet but confused older man find the perfect crystal for his needs. This employee helped this customer for several minutes making sure to go over all his concerns and make him feel comfortable. It was super sweet to see. Wish I caught his name for this review.

This place isn't bad if you need incense or something small.I find the crystals to be very low quality, especially when compared to the prices being charged.They do not carry any Greek or Roman diety/god statues.They so carry gargoyles, Indian gods, Chinese gods and most archangels.They also carry Egyptian god statues, but I found Anubis statues that were hand labeled as Bastet. I told the cashier they were labeled incorrectly and she politely corrected the error, but for a metaphysical store, selling deity statues, it's important to know the difference and mark them correctly.

They have the neatest stuff! Anything you want for your well-being. The variety is amazing and a lot of their items are unique and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Worth a look!

The store is nice and I like it but everytime I walk in, the employees do not acknowledge or greet anybody walking in and they just huddle in a corner talking to themselves. I go to 4 diffrent east meets west store and those stores always greet me. It is a simple gesture but it means a lot for a store that is supposed to be full of love and peace
