They had what we needed, there was plenty of staff out helping people on the floor, and checkout was quick and simple. I enjoyed my experience, I just wish the store was a bit cleaner. Things looked a bit beat up (carts, queue line, lights flickering/out...)

I usually don't like to leave negative reviews but because of the lack of concern from the supervisor about our issue really made me angry. My husband and I went to the Deptford store on 7/5 to purchase gym mats (said online and over the phone when we called they had them in stock at the store) we get there and they were not in stock so we ordered them paid for them and they were going to be delivered 7/11. My husband calls on 7/11 because they weren't delivered. The customer service rep says sorry they are out of stock and it will take 7-10 days to get your refund back on your credit card. My husband asked if he could speak to a supervisor and the rep said she's on the call with us, crickets. No apology nothing. Do yourself a favor don't go to this store and you'll save yourself a lot of aggravation!

I bought a laptop from them 2 days ago and they sold me a two year full coverage warranty. What they did not tell me is the warranty auto enrolled me in My Best Buy Total which is $180 a year auto charged to my card. None of this was mentioned to me and I would not have noticed this had they not bombarded my email with promotional material. I’m currently on the phone with support staff trying to cancel this membership that was sold to me without my knowledge or permission. Terrible business strategy and downright predatory practice.

I was at the Best Buy store on July 3, 2024, and Mia Suggs assisted me. She was courteous, polite, patient, professional and very helpful. She demonstrated how a customer should be treated at a retail store. Mia Suggs should be promoted and train others on good customer service. The women working at the online pickup station (with a limp) was also really helpful.

If you plan buying anything from the Deptford location, see Michael Matsuk. He's the only one in that store Who seems to know what he's talking about. Everyone else is there just to collect a paycheck. I purchased subwoofer with a wireless connection. But I hooked it up backwards and came back to the store to asked what I was doing wrong. Michael was off when by the the time I came back, and the other employees were clueless. I even had 1 employee told me that I brought a defective subwoofer. So I waited until the next and ran into Michael who without hesitation asked me what's wrong. I told him what was going on and he said check the connection and he explained it to me again. So I went back and seen that I had it backwards. Hands down Michael is the man to see at this location..

I literally just went there to purchase a new TV. Stood at customer service where the checkout now is. No one was there and not a single person acknowledged me while waiting for someone to check out. I waited for 3 to 4 minutes before I put the TV down and left.

My visit to the place was about 4 days ago and it turns out that I was looking for an insta 360 and when I got closer I checked and saw the camera disconnected from the anti-theft alarm and what I did was try to connect it again, however the alarm started to sound and I asked for help. A dark-skinned person approached me and said, "Are you trying to steal?" and I told him, "I look like a thief," warning you to fix this. They treated me very badly. The place looks neglected inside. The desks where the items are are all dirty. They look at you badly if you don't speak English, they laugh at you.

Had an appointment for a WEEK to get my phone fixed. I made the appointment through Apple because I have the Apple coverage plan. An HOUR before the appointment, a guy calls me asks me all the information he has had for a WEEK already. (Where’s the damage, what kind of phone. ) Then puts me on hold. Doesn’t say let me call you back, just to tell me they don’t have the part and it will be 4-5 days.
