I went into find a chain to replace one that my husband broke and alyssa was so kind and so unbelievably helpful that I found the perfect chain and even one for myself. I went to the one by the children’s place first. First and foremost she was sitting there reading something with her back turned toward me so I had to get her attention. When she turned around she had a attitude. I’m not spending my money with no establishment that has horrible customer service so I came to the other one by att where the service was amazing. I will not be purchasing anything from that particular store again

I took my 7 month old daughter here last night to get her ears pierced. It was late afternoon on a Friday, and the kiosk was pretty busy. The staff working was incredibly kind and made sure to acknowledge every single customer that came up to the cases. I was asked to make an appointment to ensure there is plenty of time for the staff to properly clean in between clients. When it was time for my daughters appointment, I sat on the chair with her on my lap. Jackie was helping us throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient and clearly wanted to do a good job with my daughters piercings. She had to Mark and remark her ears many times, seeing as how my daughter is still a baby. I was so thankful that she cared enough to ensure that they were as close to perfect as they could be. When it came time to pierce her ears, she asked another employee, Abby, to come assist. They were able to pierce both of her ears at the same exact time. I cannot think these two enough for such a clean, safe, kind experience. I cannot recommend this place enough.
