“Not only is the store brand new, always in stock, and super clean, the employees and management are also very friendly.I recently lost my wallet, and I guess I left it at this store. As anyone would, I went insane trying to find it with no luck. Today, I received my wallet in the mail as well as a sweet little note from the manager Andrea. I just want to start by saying THANK YOU.The fact that Andrea took the time & consideration to "do the right thing" alone speaks volumes of the utmost sincere and virtuous character she possesses. Not to mention, her note was an added bonus of joyful recovery. Getting this package was like a step below winning the lottery, I swear.There aren't many good people left in this world, but I can assure you that those who work at this store are incredible & Joann's has my loyalty for life. Here’s what. Mutt and his team were, and are the best at what they do. The shop is quaint and easy to find. The artwork that’s displayed is so well organized and has so much depth in them.
Now, my wife and I organized an 18th birthday party for our daughter and it involved customizing over 45 trucker hats. We set up Mutt with the preorder and he knocked it all out of the park. The next step was that he came to the hotel where we were having the party, and setup shop to continue working on the order. What made this interaction with him epic, was that he’s so dedicated to his craft. He and his teammate knocked out the remaining order and then went ahead and starting airbrushing custom hats on the spot like it was an everyday thing. Our guests were amazed by his high level of professionalism and artistry. This is a man for which I will remain in contact with. He did an exemplary job at the event, and got nothing but smiling faces, and Thanks from our crowd of 50+.

“I just took the Modern Calligraphy for Beginners class. Michelle (owner) is an amazing instructor. She is so knowledgeable, kind and patient. I'm a lefty, so Michelle helped me figure out how to correctly do left handed calligraphy which you can not easily learn online. I learned so much in a short period of time (3+ hours). Her store has so much inventory but unfortunately I didn't have time to go shopping. I'm looking forward to taking more calligraphy classes at East Coast Calligraphy. Thank you Michelle!!”

What a great surprise to find this fantastic store close to home! Top notch supplies, great prices, but even better customized service. “Very nice hobby store, they pretty much have everything you want and more. Paint selection is awesome and weathering supplies is overwhelming. Only gave it 4 stars because the model kit prices were insanely high. I'm all about spending money and supporting these hard to find mom and pop hobby shops but price gouging takes it to a new level where I want to spend my money. The poor economy is effecting all of us so I need to spend my money more wisely”
“It took an hour and a half to get the fabric that I needed and they didn’t have the amount or the white version but grace was super helpful in finding the fabric and went above and beyond helping me! She was wonderful :)Def should to work more in fabric!”
“Lovely shop owned by Barnes and Noble but a really fantastic selection and the staff are so helpful. I was buying stationary to do my wedding g thank you cards and miscounted envelopes and the cashier caught it for me while I was checking out. Can’t wait to go back!”
