I was really annoyed with manager Nicole was not helpful what so ever ? I asked her for a size 9 shoe caught an attitude very disappointed. I've been shopping here for years and never been treated this way. I would like to show my gratitude to other employees ?? who were very polite and helpful ??

I tried returning some shoes at the Deptford store. The gate is halfway closed and no one is in the store area. Tried to call and the number is disconnected. Terrible service!!

Have been taken shoes week back ago wear gentle for once not comfortable to me I came to return the store manger refuse to return it ..whts the point of return 60–days ..... ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ not at all happy with the services not recommended next time shoes where in good condition but she refuse to take it back.....which is not acceptable
