“LOFT remains one of my go-to stores for stylish yet relaxed clothing, and I appreciate always finding my size. However, customer service is lacking—staff are aloof, rarely greet customers, and often leave the cash wrap unattended, requiring waits of over five minutes for assistance. The store does not take phone orders, and in-person visits are necessary to order online items if you want free shipping to your home. While purchases made in-store qualify for free shipping, price adjustments and returns/exchanges require bringing the receipt, though refunds should go back to the original payment method. Cleanliness is also an issue, with dust and debris noticeable in fitting rooms and on the floor. While I value the convenience of shopping in person, a more attentive and welcoming experience would make a big difference.”

“I am celebrating my 74 th bd soon and going to meet..my nurse friends in 2 w weeks. I had a blast shopping today at J Jill in Denville NJ. All the staff was so helpful in making the best decision for clothes for me who is 5 feet tall and weighs 124..... they were honest in sharing their opinion on what looked good and what was not flattening.Thank you all for a great shopping spree for my bd!???.”

I tried on 5 beautiful gowns and I chose one that I am very excited about. All of them were beautiful and great options for me. The alterations for MOB dress were expertly done. “We met our friends at Chico's last night for margaritas and dinner. It did not disappoint! The margaritas were absolutely delicious, and everything we ate was top-notch quality. I had the quesadillas with chicken and it was cooked perfectly, delicious guacamole on the side and I enjoyed every last bite of it. My husband had steak and it was sizzled to perfection. Our friends had shrimp tacos and they enjoyed their meals as well. Can't wait to go back again!”

“I started pure barre a couple months ago, after not working out for years (embarrassed to say decades), but after having my two babies I promised myself I would start working out for healthy reasons. I didn’t know what to do because I get social anxiety going to the gym so after doing my research I came across Pure Barre & I did the intro class—I decided to join RIGHT AWAY. I’m currently obsessed with pure barre, the vibe, the workouts, the after workout feeling, and to top it off they have the most amazing crowd and instructors (of course I have my fav..shout out to Brannagh for being the BEST). Don’t hesitate to join, I’m a beginner and I already feel so strong & so motivated to keep on going. I’m so happy I came across pure barre!”
