They were a good place to work with. Sent my series x in for a disc drive failure. While they did not fix it, they sent me a replacement console quickly. Honestly I would use these guys again. Also they communicate through a self service portal but they responded to all my questions very quickly. Don't be afraid to give them a try.

I had to get an Xbox controller stick repaired because the stick was drifting. They got it done quickly and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!I would have liked to been able to walk in and talk with someone face to face, but I can't argue with the results. They will definitely get my future business.

I’ve sent my Wii in for two separate repairs to Video Game 911 and have been extremely pleased with the results. I informed them both times that I would like the components to be repaired rather than replaced and both times they were able to do exactly that. From preparing disc drives to motherboards these guys are super knowledgeable in their expertise. Definitely recommend.

Sent my PS3 for repair from 6 hours way to video game 911 and communication was excellent throughout the process with prompt updates on the website. Repairs were completed and return within one week. I received it back, but the the replaced part failed. Which video game 911 was very quick when I sent it back for the warranty repair. I would suggest if you ship any for repairs pack it well and have fragile stickers on the package because shipping services are more careful with the warning. Which a PHAT PS3 is heavy but fragile. I would highly recommend video game 911.

DO NOT USE THESE OVERPRICED PEOPLE. i waited a month to post a review. i sent in my xbox series 2 controller to repair right analog stick drift. they sent me a invoice for a repair and it had a back plate included. there was nothing wrong with my back plate but i went ahead and paid for it since i didn’t wanna deal with sending it to another company. anyways the controller was working fine but after a month the left analog literally stopped working. mind you i did not drop the remote at all. i’ve been babying this thing since i did pay. these fools $104 to repair the right stick. learn from my mistake. now i have to take it so someone local to repair.

I’ve had a very good experience with them. They sent me the package to send in my nes to be repaired. Let me know when they received it kept me updated every step of the way with what was going on. Gave me the price of fixing it confirming what I knew needed done to fix it and didn’t try adding on extras. Great service, timely work, good service. I was grateful of them keeping me informed the way they did. I would deal with them again if I needed a system repaired.

Do NOT use to repair consoles unless cost does not matter. I have a bit of technical knowledge, so I knew what the problem was with my console. I just did not have the materials or skill to do the repair myself. I emailed the company asking for that very specific repair and they said they would do it. After sending in my console they wanted to upcharge me for repairs I did not ask for and the one I did ask for was over 3X what the price on their website was listed as. They refused to just do the repair I requested unless I paid for everything they insisted I needed. For the price they wanted, I could have just bought a brand new console. When I explained that this was unacceptable, the technician treated me like I was stupid for not being willing to just pay their price. When I requested them to just send my console back to me, they charged me $30 to do so. Nowhere on their website is it listed that they will charge this fee. The only place you can find it is on your account after you have already sent in your console. So there is no reasonable way for a customer to know of this fact beforehand, which seems very irresponsible. When I brought this up to the technician, they again treated me like I was stupid. I eventually paid the fee because I was worried they were going to damage my console if they kept it any longer. No repairs were done and in total I had to pay about $50 for shipping. It was a total waste of time and money because they have a misleading pricing policy. In the end I got my friend with some soldering skill to do the repair and the parts and labor were about 10% of what they would have wanted. I was lucky to have this option but I know many others won't. Maybe they do good repairs but you must be willing to pay literally anything to get them. Do not trust the prices on the website, they will make up whatever price they like. Unless your console is very special to you and you have several hundreds of dollars lying around, DO NOT USE!

I've had an 11/10 experience with Video Game 911 for all 3 of my service calls with them. After several successful house calls to repair my pinball machines, I was interested in trading up to something new. I gave Vince a list of 3 machines I was interested in and within 1 week he had an example of 'White Water' available for me to check out. For those of you that don't know pinball, this is a pretty rare title and is over 30 years old, so quite hard to find. 1 week after checking it out, Vince helped deliver it, install it AND haul one of my existing machines out. This was a very labor intensive job, but everything was done timely and at a fair price. I'd trust Vince with all future repairs & will continue to use him as a resource for hunting down more great machines. In a small industry like Pinball It's extremely comforting to know there is a local expert to help keep things sorted. Thank you Vince + Team!!

Fixed my Playstation 5!! I had an issue where my PS5 would turn off after only a couple hours of gaming, on any game, when I looked into it I realized it had to be something wrong with my PSU (Power Save Unit) when I brought my console to them they only needed what needed to be worked on (no controllers or wires) and their system felt very safe and secure, it’s a contactless drop off and pick up which in todays world means a lot!! My PS5 has been running for hours and I’m finally able to grind Spider-Man 2 again hahah, thank you guys so much!

The Nintendo switch stopped turning on while playing a video game . Thankfully, I googled and found Videogame911 that was only a half an hour away from where we lived. We did the repair process online, and then dropped it off for local pick up. The website sends out complete percentages from start to pick up regarding the repair. It’s all virtual, and all communication is done through computer which does make it a little annoying to constantly log on and check on the status. Communication is also only done through the website, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. However after all said and done, our Nintendo switch was fixed and ready to be played again! The switch had a short in the system, and this place did the job and it’s all working smoothly! Someone even came to the car and handed it over to my fiancé at pick up. Thank you very much for fixing the switch! Glad we can play our video games again :)

This place is a mess to deal with. They aren’t open to the public so don’t even bother coming for something minor. My ps5 has a faulty screw, I tried every screw possible and I couldn’t get it out.I came to this place , hoping they can just get the screw out. They tell me I need to register on their website, & then leave my console with them to “ run a diagnostic”. My ps5 is brand new, I just needed to add my storage device added in and the screw wouldn’t come off. They were adamant that they needed to run a diagnostic, but for what? I just came to get a screw off. After wasting 10 minutes speaking to the guy over a RING CAMERA, he tells me it wouldn’t even be done the same day.So my ps5 would have to be left till next week just to remove a screw.Unbelievable. Took my business elsewhere.
