Terrible place I went with my partner to change our account to Verizon and get a new phone but don't be fooled they say that such and such is free they give you a price that in the end always ends up being triple what they told you and agreed to Don't get hooked when they tell you to try the internet box that is free, they always charge you, don't get hooked when they tell you that the new phone is free for such and such a plan and that you have to hand over yours, make sure you are Well, I agree with that because once you hand over your phone, consider it lost, they do not follow the instructions of the policy because if you do not agree with that, you have the right to return the new phone and have yours returned if you changed your mind, what They don't do anything except that they stole my phone because it was stolen since they didn't give it back to me and they told me they would give me money which they didn't do either, apart from that I lost more than $300 dollars so in my opinion I wouldn't even give them One star for this store or Verizon, the person who helped me is called Bella, very terrible to be honest, and the manager Carlos tried to help but in the end he said one thing and then came out with another so he ended up doing the same thing, another young man hooked us up with another internet box that we didn't even tell them that if we wanted it, they had already activated it and for the activation they charge you $30 dollars but they don't tell you that, they just say that it's free, don't get hooked by this company

I bought a new case yesterday. The Verizon employee, “D”, offered to look at our plan and see if he could save us money. He said, “ Verizon has lowered their prices to be competitive.” Well, he deleted our insurance, and added two new phone lines!!! He said everything would be the same, but $20 cheaper. Last night, I looked at my email and saw that the new monthly bill would be higher, and that there were two new lines!! This am, I called 611. I was on the phone two hours and ten minutes. Eventually, I got a supervisor, who was slow to make things better. I kept telling her that , “We did nothing wrong! We just bought a new case. “. There are no words for my anger.

Best experience I’ve ever had at any Verizon store. You have to ask for Bella (Denville, NJ location). She was pleasant, very helpful and really knew all of her stuff. She helped me save almost $20 on my monthly bill!! It’s honesty and helpfulness like this that increases customer retention and satisfaction.

Walked in to the Verizon store to upgrade my current cell phone, I was told that we have no in store promotions for my plan or phone... I go on my Verizon app and I see an offer from me ... I tell the salesman and he goes well in store and online are different.. walked out and when online... 10 mins later I have a new phone in the mail...

Bella, was the girls name that helped for 4 hours. Even after her shift was done. She got my new phone and transfer from another company, and did my daughter’s phone over the phone, she lives in Barnegat. Whole staff is upbeat and great camaraderie.

We have been coming into this Verizon store for years and every time their team (Veep, Connor and Kim) makes us feel relaxed and confident on our decisions. They are knowledgeable, fun and super helpful. Can’t recommend them enough

When I first entered the Verizon store in Denville I was there just to return Fios equipment. I was then asked if I wanted to upgrade my iPhones. After some discussion, I was told it would only cost $15 per phone (2 phones) to upgrade as I was a "loyal customer." They also said I was entitled to a FREE iPad. I was very skeptical and asked, "totally free, no cellular charges?' and was answered "YES."
A couple days later I checked my app and my bill was a crazy amount. They had added THREE new phones lines to the account, charges for the iPad, monthly insurance (which I specifically said NO to), and $47.00 per month for the devices.
I spent HOURS on the phone disputing the charges! I returned the iPad and as I now checked TWO additional phone numbers are still on my bill plus other charges that I now have to call AGAIN!
Stay away from this store! They are cons. They will sweet talk you and con you. Then YOU'RE stuck with being on the phone for hours disputing the charges. Get everything SPELLED OUT TOTALLY of your new monthly bill. They DID NOT DO THAT FOR ME. Hopefully, Kim and Anthony won't be there for much longer!

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Our salesman, Deep, was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us. As senior citizens we certainly appreciated his willingness to answer our many questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this store and plan on returning to this Verizon location when the need arrives. We observed how all the other customers were treated with the same courtesy as we were. Thank you.

This Verizon is the best!!! Everyone was so nice!! And I bought my 10 month old son with me and they were so patient and kind with him!! I’ll definitely be back here!

They should have kiosk to help track customers who came in on a busy day or holiday. Carlos hands down, a great worker and patient to listen and help out once he was available to help out.

I went to the store more than 2 months ago. The agent agreed to remove my apple watch service. While he did not do this. I did not realize it till Verizon keep charging me for more than 2 months.
