This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.

They are not honest. I could not receive or send text messages and they took a look and said my phone was broken and could not be fixed. I needed a new phone. After a hour of transferring my data, the new phone could still not receive or send text messages. After another hour of trying to trouble shoot i asked to put everything back to my original phone. I left the store and on my way home I called Verizon and the fixed my phone remotely in 5 minutes. Don't trust what they say! Always call 611 first! And if you need a new phone go anywhere else!
