My experience at Schumacher of Denville was excellent! It was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the dealership and I was introduced to Dave Rose who helped me with ordering my C8 Corvette back in June of 2023.He went through the whole process on how it’s done with the order and how long it would take and if I had any questions after the order to call him anytime.This was the first time I’ve been to Schumacher of Denville and it won’t be my last.I will definitely be back to purchase another car and I will highly recommend friends and family to go there as well.Thank you to Dave Rose and Schumacher for a great experience at your dealership!

Title: Disappointing Experience at Chevy Dealer in DenvilleI recently visited the Chevy dealer in Denville to address the persistent engine light issue in my car. Despite their diagnosis of a faulty Cadillac converter, I ended up with a valve replacement, only to find my engine light back on the very next day.The service advisor suggested changing the canister initially, but later reneged on that promise, opting for a valve replacement instead. This decision, coupled with a 10% discount offer, seems like a ploy to mask the underlying issue, leaving me with a $500 expense and an unresolved problem.My dissatisfaction stems from the suspicion that the service advisor was aware the light would reappear after the incomplete fix. Overall, a frustrating experience and not the resolution I expected.

Be prepared to stand up for yourself and know your warranty when you come here for repairs.I was told my optional mechanical+ warranty policy (purchased when I bought out my lease) was cancelled and that I would need to pay out of pocket for my repair. I'm looking at my warranty, and the part is covered and after calling the insurance company my policy is active. Long story short, after several calls and finding out I was given a fake name of someone they spoke to there who claimed my policy was cancelled, I finally got them to call back and what do you know, my part is covered! Even this warranty company suggested that I find a more reputable dealership if this is how they operate.I get my truck back and drive it home and it sounds like gurgling where the coolant reservoir is. Didn't think anything of it stopped by the time I got home. Three days I smell something funny after warming up my truck so I pop the hood and see my coolant reservoir was empty and the cap was upside down and wedged between the hood and the reservoir. So, coolant was just bubbling out all over the engine until it was empty.Who knows if this caused any damage to my truck, but there was no sense reaching back out to this place since they cannot be trusted to simply pick up a phone and honor a policy a customer purchased through them and the techs don't have the experience to remember to put a cap back on.

1st service for my Tailblazer and everything was great. Called on Tuesday, my appointment was scheduled for the next day. I got there a little early, checked in and was done in less than an hour! My salesperson also came over to say hi & chat.Everyone was friendly and helpful. My best dealer experience

My service experience was unorganized and incompetent. The service department, especially my advisor, has extremely poor communication. My vehicle was in the shop longer than needed to be, as my service advisor, Alex, told me my car would be completed on a Thursday. When I heard nothing on Thursday, I called the office on Friday, where Alex neglected to state that he is out of the office on Fridays. My car was not completed until Monday, wherein the dealership had no regard that they took away my transportation, and had no effort in working towards providing me a loaner vehicle.

I was involved in a car accident. My insurance company told me to get an estimate done at Schumacher Chevrolet collision Center in Denville this is the first time I've ever been in an accident and let me tell you my experience is horrible. The gentleman I spoke to his name was Joe. I was introduced to him as he was the assistant manager, and right from the beginning he had seemed like he had an attitude and very condescending. The first question out was are you gonna have your car fixed here now I've never been in an accident don't know what the Body Shop experience is so I was not sure if I was gonna have the car fixed. He stated that if you're not gonna have the car fixed here I'm not gonna waste my time and do an estimate. I explain to him that my insurance company asked me to come here and do an estimate now at that point I started to feel uncomfortable and when I asked where the manager was, or if I can speak to someone else he said he was the manager and then there was no one else to talk to. At this point I was very upset. I went back inside. I spoke with the receptionist Marcy. I explained that I'm not sure if I'm gonna have the car fixed here and I will call back again to make another appointment and left. I have never felt so uncomfortable and being in an accident for the first time this experience was very unpleasant. I could see if he was busy, but I was the only customer there. I would definitely not recommend getting an estimate done here if you have to go through hoops to get an estimate.
