This is my second purchase at Schumacher Chevy of Denville . I drove from Rockaway Park NY and passed dozens of dealerships only to buy my car from Schumacher Denville NJ because of the respect and sincere commitment I felt by the sales department to help me meet my purchase goals. I am grateful to David Rose and Robert in finance for their willingness to work with me to give me the best deal possible for my trade in. I am thrilled by the majestic quality of the 2025 Chevrolet Equinox and will always return to purchase my cars from Schumacher Chevy.

Horrible service department. Half ass the job being done. You leave the car overnight expecting it all to be done only to find out you need to finish the job yourself because people nowadays are lazy and clearly have no brain. It's sad that you have to remind the person in charge what needs to be done instead of him knowing that already. What no tire rotation? Pathetic and so are some of the people working there.

I was greeted at the door and met Dan Cervasio who led me seamlessly and happily through the sales process. I test drove two cars and leased a Blazer EV. Every aspect of the experience was thoughtful, kind and low pressure - the way it should be. This dealership understands people and that they treat them respectfully and professionally.

Dennis Drenswick my Service Manager and the entire service team provided great service to my 2019 C7 Corvette. Suggested services all performed on time with no issues. Car was ready as promised. The cashier was also very nice and allowed me to use my rewards point with no issues. The online appointment process was easy to use, Schumacher Denville Chevrolet is a SUPER dealership, i will return as needed exclusively to this dealership for my Corvette.

It was a Horrible service experience. The quote was 2 times what it should be. The car is 4 miles up the road now getting the job done for half of the ridiculous insulting quote that Andrew gave me. I called the dealership at 859am to let the service manager and the mechanic know the car would be moved. My car was held hostage at the dealership until 1040am with an independent tow truck driver because the mechanic came in late and failed to process my 1 hour labor charge and supply the service manager with it. I will NEVER use this dealership again.

Traveling from out of state and had some trouble with my truck. Found the closest dealership and I was lucky enough for that to be Schumacher. They were sympathetic to my situation and helped me as quickly as they could and got me on my way. Thanks y’all, especially Andrew and Mr. Garcia!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The window sticker on the SUV clearly stated that it came with roof rails. This was an important feature for me, and it was one of the reasons I chose this particular vehicle. However, after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that it did not have the roof rails as advertised.
I brought this issue to the attention of the dealership’s management and even escalated it to the corporate level. Despite my repeated efforts and clear evidence of the discrepancy, no remedy has been offered. The dealership has insisted that they do not create the stickers and therefore are not responsible for the missing feature. However, as a customer, I purchased the vehicle from the dealership and trusted that the information provided was accurate.
This experience has highlighted a serious issue with the dealership's accountability and customer service. They need to honor what is listed on their vehicle stickers, as customers rely on this information when making their purchasing decisions. I urge anyone considering a purchase from here to be cautious and verify all features listed on the window sticker before completing their purchase. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope others can avoid the experience

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Schumacher Chevrolet. Three hours after arriving, we left the dealership with our new 2024 Chevy Silverado. Our salesman, Doug, was a pleasure to work with as was Robert, in financing. We appreciated a friendly and efficient dealership to work with while purchasing our vehicle.
