For over 30 yrs plus of doing banking with Provident they still treat their customers so disrespectful & RUDE!!!! Ricardo Agostinho - Branch Manager of Denville branch is the worse person I ever met!!!!! Considering his the manager, he walked away while I’m still talking to him. He didn’t even ask me to come to his office & talked the issue & never explained about it! And when I called their customer service the same treatment you get over the phone! And I’ve noticed 3 branches I visited all their employees never smile & never friendly like other banks.

I’ve been banking with provident for a while. Every time I visit this branch I have a good experience. They are always professional and friendly and are able to get my requests completed in a timely fashion. Sharon is particularly helpful. 5 stars.

I came to thins Bank with big intentions. The staff was great, but over promised. I was repeatedly told the functions I need in thereof was completely applicable in their capabilities.Turns out, they'd have to charge fee's to make these promises true, all the while being pitched merchant services.I can't speak on personal accounts, but for business, I'd stay away. I only gave a couple of stars as they were polite in the caressing of gaining my business.I have 3 residential rental properties, two businesses, and personal aspects that would've trued the bank well, however they still chose to nickel and dime local resident and business money.I wish it were different. I work hard to keep my cash from big bank. Wish it were different here at Provident.

I have done business with this branch for well over 20 years. They are the definition of a local bank. You can't get service like it from a big bank.
