“When it came time for my old copier lease to be renewed, Tim Junior was surprisingly there at my doorstep, asking if we needed anything. As all sales people are usually pushy, I would say he was nowhere near pushy, but consistent, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and his winning smile got him an opportunity to speak with me about the business. Unfortunately I ended up choosing my previous copier company for the new lease with the idea…“if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “. Quickly, I found out that I had made a big mistake and we got the wrong copier for the job and after five months of misery, I asked Tim Senior and Tim Junior for help! They were there with me every step of the way - we tried to switch over to them since I had made a bad mistake and the copier I was given was lacking every feature I needed to do my job. Unfortunately I could not get out of my contract but for sure next time around I would definitely go with Tim Senior and Tim Junior from American documents, Solutions!!”
